Pneumatic vacuum ejectors are the best choice for reliable and efficient vacuum generation. Whether you‘re talking about a basic injector, an inline ejector, a multi-stage ejector or a compact ejector – the system is not optimally configured until the vacuum generation is matched to the particular application. Compressed air is one of the most expensive forms of energy, but its many virtues and application options make it an indispensable tool in the field of industrial automation. This is doubly true for automated vacuum applications – pneumatic vacuum ejectors are used in automation equipment in virtually every field, especially when you need fast cycle times with little time needed to pick the workpiece up and deposit it. The advantages: compared to vacuum pumps and blowers, they generate a great deal of vacuum power with a relatively low volume flow. They don‘t require mechanical parts, which cuts down on wear and maintenance. Clevises and clevis joints of stainless steel

The service life of mechanical components can decrease rapidly under aggressive ambient conditions. This is also true of clevises in accordance with DIN 71752 / ISO 8140. These important linking elements used in many fields are, in addition to attacks from external sources, also exposed to the tensile, compressive, folding and shear forces generated by the application. In order to prevent this shortening of service life, the clevises are now even better adapted to the installation environment, since clevises or clevis joints are now available in a new variant of stainless austenitic chrome-nickel-molybdenum steel 1.4404 (316S11, Aisi 316L). This material has outstanding corrosion-resistance properties in natural environments (urban and rural atmospheres, seawater-resistant) and in industrial applications with moderate chloride and acid concentrations. The food and chemical industries (sulphuric and phosphoric acids, organic acids) also tend to turn to this material, which even after welding is insensitive to intercrystalline corrosion.
